When Kawahira offered him a place in the Arcobaleno as the Cloud Arcobaleno, Skull accepted, ignorant of what was waiting for him, and Dazai laughed, and contemplated if killing Kawahira and causing the collapse of the world would kill him.



Either way, Skull turned up to the meeting, established himself as a fool, and Dazai went on with the act for as long as possible. When he was cursed, Skull was hurt by Luce's betrayal, and Dazai chuckled as his predictions came to life.
