12 year old Oliver Ferns, moves into the town of Pinewood after a traumatic event back in Europe. After he and his best friend, Fukase Kasane, solve a murder, their lives change forever as they solve murders, go ghost hunting and solve the mystery on why this town is called "the Devil Town".
