Here, she explains how she kept the 2 moves going with no break between for 4 rounds. Claire performed barbell Bulgarian split squats with just a 2-minute break. With barbell back squats, she aimed to target different parts of the back, including hamstrings, glutes, quads, and lower back muscles. Besides this, she did 15 reps of double KB swings.
