He also has excerpts from his own childhood, inside the book that give examples of his experiences in life, and he talks about his parents as well.

On August 2, 1998, Aurelia visited her husband’s grave in Weiz, Austria, and collapsed in front of it. She had just turned 76 four days before visiting her husband’s grave. The teary-eyed bodybuilder had revealed how she passed away, and the emptiness that he filled after her passing.
