At 76, he not only talks about his life in documentaries on Netflix, and stars in action stories like Fubar, but also advocates for the environment. The Governator often looks for newer pastures and is more energetic than some younger people of the generation. When he arrived at a recent breakfast in Santa Monica, his right hand was in a compression sleeve from a nerve surgery the day prior. However, the legendary bodybuilder did not seem to be in any pain as he cut into his eggs Benedict, and salmon. He simply declared, “Pain is temporary, but the progress is permanent.”

Arnold is so used to enduring his pain for a greater purpose that he hit the gym before the surgery and also predicted that he might be able to go to the gym again in a week or two. This resilience has always been there in the Austrian Oak. Even after having elbow surgery recently, it seems like he is as fit as a horse.

Schwarzenegger recently had elbow surgery on his right arm to fix certain problems with the nerves. Shockingly, the surgery took place just before he made a revelation about his second heart surgery where the doctors told him that the success rate was only 60%.
