In his very latest YouTube video, CBum vloged his Chest Day. At the beginning of his video, he talked about how nice it feels to have his stomach filled. He mentioned having two meals pre-workout before revealing the sad truth. Bumstead confessed, “I tried to train a bit early, and my belly feels full, which honestly is kind of nice. Cause it’s normally f***** empty all the time.”

Furthermore, he also sheds light on the fact that before Mr. Olympia, his training and preparation are at their peak, and thus, he skips dinners. He remarked, “I’ve been going to bed hungry, waking up in the night hungry. But it’s a good thing because getting shredded slowly, moving forward every day.”

All the posters are coming out and the excitement is definitely ramping up. Hope some of y’all can make it out to the show in Orlando, especially you east coasters. You never know if we’ll be back out west next year.”
