Big Ramy announced that he will not be competing this year, and well, he is absolutely in full support of the decision.

When asked what his thoughts were, he said, “It’s going to be very difficult and now he is not competing this year I think, unless he gets in the early shows next year.” However, he knows that the sport of bodybuilding lives on forever, and well, once you have acquired its learning, it stays with you forever.

After the defeat against Hadi Choopan last year in the Mr. Olympia competition, Big Ramy has been struggling a lot, coping with his mental health as he received a lot of criticism on the physique that he had built with his utter hard work. In one of his interviews with RX Muscle, he announced his break from the competition and shared his plans.
