“Has Legs Hanging Down His Sleeve”: IFBB Coach Blown Away by Bodybuilder’s 23.5 Inches Biceps Despite Skipping Arm Training

It takes consistent strength of will and discipline in order to get a shredded body and everlasting fame in the fitness world. From a healthy eating regime to daily resistance training, one has to comply with all the rules, as success doesn’t come easily in bodybuilding. 

This IFBB coach knows about it quite well; however, he couldn’t hide his amazement when one of his athletes showed 23.5-inch biceps without having an arm training routine. The bodybuilder even dumfounded his fans with his great-looking biceps photos on the internet. Who was the bodybuilder that caught even the legendary Milos Sarcev by surprise?

23.5 inch biceps surprises Milos Sarcev 

IFBB Legend Milos Sarcev recently shared a post on his Instagram account about Joe Mackey, a bodybuilder that the legend coaches. The legendary coach couldn’t believe his own eyes once Mackey showed up with captivating biceps without giving much significance to his daily arm training. However, Joseph Mackey wasn’t lying, as per the caption that Sarcev wrote along with the picture.

Sarcev shared Mackey’s picture of robust arms with a caption that says, “Imagine when your athlete tells you – I don’t train arms yet has legs hanging down his sleeves Well… if this is what they look like without training – let me throw in an ARM day and see what happens.” Though the coach seemed shocked, his caption reflected the amusing side of his persona.

Legend Milos Sarcev has a history of training and turning aspiring fitness bodies into accomplished bodybuilders. He has also trained Nick Walker, among others. Ahead of Olympia 2023, he has been working hard with Samson Dauda as well.

The preparations for the upcoming Olympia are going incredibly well. Be it bodybuilders or their coaches, both of them have put in a great deal of effort and endurance to confront rivals vigorously. Recently, in one of the episodes of the Menace podcast, there was a discussion about much-talked bodybuilding rivals who are going to give tough competition to each other in Olympia 2023. Talking about Nick Walkers comment about Samson Dauda having a S*** back, Sarcev went on to defend his ward.

“Yeah he wishes he wishes uh Samson doesn’t have a back,” Sarcev said, showcasing his belief in Dauda. Nick Walker is gearing up hard to win Olympia, and he considers Samson Dauda a perfect contender to combat. However, Sarcev also went on to say, “I mean he is improving rapidly,” expressing that he expects Dauda’s physique to get better.
