Evidently, Chris Bumstead, the reigning champion in classic physique, recently updated pictures on social media, and his fans spurred the excitement for him.

The 4x-time classic champ is killing in the gym with his intense workout sessions for the 2023 Mr. Olympia, which is scheduled in early November. This year’s competition is challenging because of the changes made by IFBB in the classic division, making it even more thrilling. According to the new rules, competitors in all height divisions will have an added advantage of 10 to 7 pounds.

Furthermore, they made this decision to spread equality and fair game in the Men’s Classic Physique Division. Height classes 6’1 to 6’2 can put on 10 lbs, while middle and other ranges can bulk up to 7/8 lbs. These changes have given the chance to Cbum’s competitors to give the tough competition this year.

Sharing his recent workout glimpse through the picture carousel. The 28-year-old beast uploaded six photos of himself which were clicked during his workout session. While he was confused about the sets, he wrote in his post caption “Sh*t was that 2 sets or 3 sets…?”   The photos he uploaded were from his chest day drill. He began his session with a machine cable and did around 25 reps. However, The Canadian Bodybuilder’s gigantic physique captured over 93k people’s attention. Seeing his veins popping out blew fans’ minds.
