Ronnie Coleman has suffered terrible injuries in his tenure as a professional bodybuilder, and even after his retirement. He has had a total of 13 surgeries on him and his recent injury left him in a wheelchair. Despite all of this he has an unending love for the sport and he recently disclosed the reason behind it.

The legendary bodybuilder and professional fitness coach, Hany Rambod, recently took to his official YouTube channel @hanyrambod and shared an extensive video showing the training routine of Ronnie Coleman as he guided him through the gym. As the video gradually proceeds, Rambod asks him about his motive behind training so many days a week.

Ronnie Coleman trains six days a week and as revealed in the video, he does it, because working out adds a purpose to his life. That is the one thing that boosts his serotonin. The legend said, “My goal is to enjoy myself and have as much fun as possible cause training has been a hobby for me for about 48 years straight. Gets me out of bed every morning and makes me go to bed at night just to get up every day and train.”
