The duo understands each other’s struggles since they are performing in the same field. Recently he uploaded an Instagram story where she is doing something adorable.

The Instagram story was a video of Courtney in the kitchen cooking up a delicious dish. The sizzling sound of butter as he entered the kitchen was great to hear. He captioned the post saying, “@courtneykiing literally torturing me eating my fav food of all time and covering it in butter.” She was cooking pancakes drizzled with butter.

Bumstead has an autoimmune disease that affects his kidneys so Courtney is particular about what he eats. The love they share is strong and it helps Bumstead tackle many hurdles. He even shared how he broke down crying one day she helped him come out of a dark place.

Recently she turned 30 and Bumstead posted her picture on Instagram saying, “When you’re getting married to a cougar. Happy 30th to my best friend, thank you for always bringing out the best in me.”

Courtney replied sweetly with, “I love you.” The couple met in 2017 during the Mr. Olympia competition. They spoke on social media and since then have been inseparable. The couple got engaged in September 2022.
