Another surprising new announcement that they recently made is the addition of former Atlanta Falcons stars. 

Former Atlanta Falcons athletes Mohamed Sanu, Sean Weatherspoon, Christian Blake, and Elijah Wilkinson have joined the existing ownership team. Using their years of knowledge and experience, they would serve as the core team of the complex’s football division.

The four athletes have joined the already existing owners Dustin Chovanic and Johnny Venters, according to clubindustry.com. The duo opened their first-ever training facility last year in Suwanee. Both the owners have enough experience when it comes to sports themselves as Chovanic is a professional MMA and Muay Thai fighter as well as a Karate champion. Venters, on the other hand, is a retired professional baseball pitcher who was a member of the Atlanta Braves.

Continuing further, Chovanic stated, “With them on board, Legacy Sports Complex will continue to offer a five-star sports and fitness experience to all.” While the facility was opened back in December 2022, it includes a turf, batting cage, gym area, golf simulators, an area for the spectators and parents, etc. “The first day I walked into Legacy’s doors, I knew I was looking at something special. The facility, championship culture, and energy were second to none, and I wanted to be a part of it,” said Sanu.
